Imagine my surprise when I sat down and found out I sucked now. What used to come with ease and in no time now took me forever and at 3/4 the quality. So, I've been working. Trying to draw for at least a few hours a day while still fine-tuning the scripts to our shorts, working on 4 different pitch books, and one graphic novel and 2 ongoing series for a company starting out of New Jersey (hopefully this summer) all the while working 2 paying jobs to pay my bills, and feed my comic and cigarette habits.
So the point of me being here is hopefully the community; your tips, help, critiques, support or whatever. Living in Arkansas for the past 15 years has made me pretty thick skinned, so there's absolutely nothing you could say that would personally offend me and it's also made me appreciative of site like deviantart. It's nice to see others working on something I hope to one day make a living in.
If anyone would like to see some scripts to the book that will hopefully be coming out soon, let me know. I promise the writing is much better than my art is now.
